Cook-Pizza Maker

Private Country Club seeks pizza cooks to prepare and bake according to company standards and customer orders. Preparing pizza dough and sauce, chopping and assembling pizzas. If you have a love for food and enjoy working in a team-oriented fast-paced club environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned and prepared. Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary pizza station and equipment per food safety & sanitation guidelines.Monitor food inventory levels and communicate any shortage to the kitchen manager as needed to ensure availability. Work with all kitchen and service’ staff to fulfill orders timely and manage club members’ expectations.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements for position:

Previous experience working in the food industry, preferably as a pizza cook or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.

Excellent knife skills for slicing and chopping ingredients and basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating cooking times

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details and working well in a team environment.
