About the Role:

Looking for an experienced IT Consultant to drive technology-led initiatives in government education projects. This role involves managing IT systems, integrating digital solutions, and ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure to support education reform programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT project management, software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics, with a strong understanding of government processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT components of education reform projects, including system integration and software development.

Design and implement project strategies, cadence structures, and monitoring frameworks.

Ensure secure and scalable cloud and cybersecurity infrastructure.

Utilize data analytics and emerging technologies to support decision-making.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Collaborate with government officials across state, district, and mandal levels.

Support procurement processes in line with government IT standards.

Contribute to digital transformation projects aligned with NEP 2020 and Samagra Shiksha.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

8–15 years’ experience in IT project management, software development, or system integration.

Proven expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

Strong knowledge of government procurement and project execution processes.

Prior experience in Andhra Pradesh and fluency in Telugu preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, and data systems.

Excellent documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard creation.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with government stakeholders.

Understanding of education policies and schemes (NEP 2020, Samagra Shiksha).

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in state/national-level system transformation projects.

Exposure to education technology and digital platforms.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
