Job Description*:

#Key Responsibilities:

- Architect scalable and compliant LabWare LIMS/ELN solutions tailored to pharmaceutical workflows and global deployment needs.

- Experience with global LabWare deployments and multi-site rollouts.

- Familiarity with cloud-based LabWare implementations and hybrid architectures.

- Ensure systems meet GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other pharma-specific regulations.

- Work closely with QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Lab Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Configure LabWare modules and develop custom scripts to support processes such as batch release, stability studies, and sample lifecycle management.

- Integrate LabWare with ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, CDS, and eQMS platforms using APIs and middleware. Enable seamless data exchange with lab instruments and external systems.

- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.

- Maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, technical documentation, and change control records. Define and enforce data governance and security protocols.

- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud-native tools, IoT) for integration with LabWare to enhance lab automation and analytics.

- Lead cross-functional implementation teams and mentor junior developers and analysts. Establish best practices and reusable frameworks for LabWare deployments.

#Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 12+ years of experience in LIMS/ELN architecture, with at least 5 years in LabWare implementations.

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical lab workflows and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with LabWare scripting, configuration, and module customization.

- Proficiency in integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, HL7, OPC).

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
