Description 40 hours a week expected time, first shift, Monday thru Friday.
10 retail loan officers are having their queue move to the mortgage direct area so they will need help with reaching out to leads.
This department will be tasked with calling mortgage customers who have an adjustable rate coming up in the next 210 days.
They will see if they are interested in speaking to a loan officer to potentially refinance and then transfer the call to a LO.
These will be fairly scripted calls but must be professional and customer service focused.
They will leave voicemails if people don't answer and will be expected to make 100-150 calls/day.
This will be fairly repetitive work but a good opportunity for a foot in at HNB or experience for someone who has an interest in mortgage sales, etc...
JD FROM KEISHA: *Provides administrative and lead generation support for the Consumer Direct sales department by supporting mortgage loan officers.
*Builds a warm and effective rapport with clients and internal partners.
*Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts.
*Duties include outbound lead generation, document collection and maintenance, answering phones and indexing.
*Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology and policies and procedures.
