Title: Brand Marketing Coordinator

Location: Washington, D.C.

Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.

Reports to: Director, Brand Marketing

Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Position Overview

Tuckernuck is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Brand Marketing team with a focus on events, PR, and influencer marketing. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the execution of high-impact events, public relations initiatives, and influencer campaigns that bring the Tuckernuck brand to life. The position calls for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic team player who is passionate about retail, community building, and storytelling.

Core Responsibilities

Public Relations

Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day PR programs including press pitching, product seeding, and event execution.

Generate lookbooks of key products and imagery on a monthly basis.

Assist with product seeding to press and influencers by maintaining product inventory and fulfilling product shipments.

Contribute ideas for PR events and assist with execution.

Events

Support the Events Lead with customer-facing events, from brainstorming to execution.

Collaborate closely with retail teams to bring events to life and ensure alignment with brand goals.

Prepare and organize marketing materials for events as needed.

Maintain a concepts presentation for brick-and-mortar locations to house creative ideas for event execution and local partnerships.

Serve as a point of contact for vendors and local partners to ensure seamless execution of events.

Influencer Marketing

Support the Influencer Marketing Associate to grow the Tuckernuck Influencer Marketing Program.

Research and identify trending influencers and content creators who align with brand and marketing goals, ensuring a diverse pool of creators.

Conduct outreach to potential influencers on a gifting basis to build new relationships.

Support influencer gifting by managing product inventory and fulfilling shipments.

General Marketing Support

Assist with day-to-day account team activities, including scheduling team meetings, preparing agendas and recaps, organizing images, invoices, and budgets.

Support the Brand Marketing team with the creation and organization of internal documents, including media kits, product line sheets, and rate sheets.

Develop and assemble weekly and monthly reports, including campaign recaps, performance tracking to KPIs, and key learnings.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience, including internships

Bachelors degree in a related field (Marketing, PR, etc)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Action-oriented, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Passion for retail, events, and storytelling.

Creative thinker who brings new ideas and solutions to the table.

Positive, team-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Comfortable with data and reporting to help inform marketing strategies.
