The Role
We're looking for an HR Business Partner who thrives on learning, building trust, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. In this role, you'll work with Senior HR Business Partners and business leaders on employee relations, policy guidance, and day-to-day HR processes. You'll bring both empathy and strategic thinking to the table-helping our people grow, supporting our leaders, and strengthening our culture.

Responsibilities
Support Senior HRBPs in handling employee relations matters.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, aligning HR strategies with business priorities.
Assist managers with performance management conversations and documentation.
Partner with colleagues across the Talent team to deliver forward-thinking initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience.
Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring employees feel supported during times of transition.
Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous growth, supporting both employees and leadership.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in HRIS (Workday) and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, Psychology.
Experience with a HRIS, ideally Workday.
General knowledge of employee relations and an ability to manage sensitive matters with care and discretion.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, You're approachable, humble, and collaborative.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Compensation
The rate for this position generally is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
