What You'll Do:

Educate customers on home comfort solutions and guide them through the sales process

Design and sell systems, assist with rebates, warranties, and follow-up

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction

Serve as the main point of contact, delivering a premium, Red-Carpet experience throughout

What You Bring:

3+ years of award-winning sales and customer service experience

Proficient with Microsoft

Strong multitasking and organizational skills; able to manage priorities efficiently

Excellent customer service and communication skills

High attention to detail

Strong commitment to quality and professionalism
