Process Engineer
Delta Group is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to interface with factory technical staff to define opportunities for standards development and cost savings. This role focuses on high-complexity manufacturing processes and is key to the standardization and advancement of company processes. The Process Engineer will also solve high-level customer and assembly-specific problems in the manufacturing process.

This role is also responsible for solving high levelcustomer / assembly specific problems in the manufacturing process.
JobResponsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead new and existing process development, implementation, and controls in support of Delta Group Electronics and customer specific needs at the site.
Support manufacturing tool design and implementation
Support failure analysis
Support new customer product introductions
Support process qualifications and validations of both new and existing processes
Mentor and train individuals in various processes, required tools, and philosophies
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or equivalent education and experience are required.
Industry experience of 3- 5 or more years is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of quality workmanship and management standards (IPC, ISO9001, and AS9100) is preferred.
Intermediate Electronic Assembly skills preferred.
