HIRING PART-TIME DRIVER

Do you want to get paid for having fun with our residents? Kenton Nursing and Rehab has an immediate Part time position for a Driver

The successful candidate will be creative, energetic, supportive and likes to have fun. You will keep our residents busy with fun activities and assist them to their medical appointments.

Schedule: Monday-Friday during business hours.

Description:

This job oversees the transportation of patient appointments with hospitals, doctor's offices, and clinics. Also assisting with Nursing when not transporting.

Job Knowledge and Role Responsibilities:

1. Must be organized and able to coordinate patient appointments and follow-up appointments. Knowledgable of technology such as telephone, computer, and tablet (telehealth) devices as needed.

2. Training will be provided for proper and safe driving of facilty vehicles.

3. Candidate must portray a pleasant, accommodating attitude and a professional appearance.

4. Reports to work as scheduled.

5. Complies with all policies and procedures.

6. Driver will monitor the schedule and communicate maintennce work as needed, as well as maintaining vehicle appearance.

PAY: HOURLY - $15.00

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school degree or equivalent preferred.

1a. (preferred) Certified STNA or Temporary Nurse Aide

2. Must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license.

4. Must present a positive image of the facility.

5. Must be able to work independently in the absence of supervision.

6. Must be capable of performing all essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

7. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
