What You'll Do
As HR Manager, you'll be a vital part of our leadership team, responsible for:
Overseeing HR policies and programs across key areas, Employee relations and development, onboarding hourly team members, Disciplinary actions and employment transitions, Staffing and manpower planning, Professional growth and training initiatives
Partnering with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Supervising HR team members and supporting their growth
Managing performance reviews, coaching, and employee recognition
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and community obligations
Acting as a trusted liaison between employees and management
Administering HR policies through handbooks, communications, and training
Mentoring supervisors on effective people management practices
Leading leadership development sessions and workforce planning
Supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
What You Bring
Experienced in HR or business management (degree or equivalent experience)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
A strong communicator-clear, empathetic, and persuasive
A proactive problem solver who can work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable delivering training
Passionate about helping others succeed in a manufacturing setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or industrial HR
SHRM or HRCI certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is an on-site role in a busy production facility. You'll be actively engaged with employees across shifts and departments. Physical demands include:
Standing for extended periods
Navigating stairs and production areas
Occasional exposure to hot or cold conditions
Using hands for tools, controls, and documentation
Communicating clearly in person and over radio or phone
