Description Administrative functions related to monitoring, support, project activities, and capacity plans.
Install and support various Operating System Platforms and services, administering user accounts and security, assuring data security and integrity, and insuring consistent uptime and performance.
Identify innovative, cost-effective ways to provide infrastructure support.
Initiate support and continuous improvement activities related to areas of responsibility.
Expected to be peaking in some, not all competencies.
Building more relationships within Stores Infrastructure and external to Stores Infrastructure.
Can 'represent' the Stores Infrastructure point of view in external meetings and discussions without supervision.
May still need some preparation and coaching ahead of time at first, but confidence and ability growing over time.
Ability to function in defined' leadership' roles as Release Quarterback, Technical Lead on Projects, etc.
Assumes more active teaching and mentoring roles.
Has the ability to influence peers.
Understand the software/hardware issues the team faces while helping them decrease future incidents.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering plus 5 years' experience including 2 years' experience with Active Directory; 2 years' experience with SCCM; 2 years' experience with Powershell; 2 years' experience with VBScript; and 2 years' experience with SQL.
