Property Name: The Row at the Stadium
Responsibilities:
Provide transportation to student residents to and from the apartment complex to Campus
Transport passengers in accordance with a predetermined route
Obey all rules of the road and safety rules
Be courteous and helpful to all passengers
Verify that passengers are residents
Clean the bus as needed
Fuel the bus
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Property Manager
Ability to be around exposure to certain chemicals/fumes (gasoline, etc.)
Requirements:
Valid drivers' license and CDL Class B with a passenger endorsement
Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card) is required
Satisfactory driving record
Prior bus driving experience (or experience driving a commercial vehicle) preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to use hands and fingers
Ability to speak, see, and hear
Ability to reach, push, and pull with arms and hands
Ability to bend and stoop
Ability to climb stairs
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to fuel a large vehicle
Some walking may be required
Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate
