About the Role
In this role, you'll help keep our supply chain running smoothly from start to finish. You'll work with suppliers, engineers, and production teams to make sure the right parts get to the right place at the right time-without compromising on cost, quality, or delivery. If you like solving problems, building relationships, and finding better ways to do things, this job is for you.
What You'll Do
Improve supply chain processes for PCBA, cable, and box build assemblies.
Evaluate and qualify suppliers, making sure they meet quality and performance standards.
Help create tools and systems that make supply chain data easier to manage and analyze.
Partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
Provide input on supplier quotes and help us better understand costs up front.
Support inventory strategies to reduce waste and keep parts moving.
Assist in transitioning products from prototypes to full-scale production.
Identify opportunities to save money through smarter sourcing and process improvements.
Track performance using ERP and analytics tools and share insights with leadership.
What We're Looking For
Knowledge of PCBA, cable, or box build assembly processes.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Familiarity with quality standards (IPC, RoHS/REACH).
A background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
3+ years in a manufacturing environment (electronics or contract manufacturing experience is a bonus).
Experience working with global EMS providers and component distributors preferred.
