We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. We are dedicated to providing superior and personal customer service, and we’re looking for a positive, outgoing, and friendly professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through follow-up, courtesy calls, and client communications.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal processes.
Process and track internal packets and checklists.
Support sales, technical, shipping, and administrative departments to coordinate orders and client scheduling.
Work with outside vendors and companies when needed.
Assist with various projects and administrative support tasks.
Identify and escalate urgent situations to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative coordination.
Strong communication and professional phone skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Retail or technology industry experience is a plus.
