Job Title: Outbound Call Representative

Position Overview:

The Outbound Call Representative is responsible for engaging with existing membership customers and prospective clients through outbound calls. This role plays a key part in driving revenue by booking service appointments for HVAC and plumbing, reactivating past customers, and generating new business opportunities from company-provided databases and lead lists.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively call existing membership customers to schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments.

Contact leads from company databases, referral sources, and targeted call lists to generate new business.

Educate customers on available services, promotions, and membership benefits to encourage bookings.

Accurately record customer information and appointment details in company systems.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for call volume, booking rates, and revenue targets.

Provide professional, friendly, and customer-centric service in every interaction.

Collaborate with the dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred

Sales experience is preferred

Goal-oriented with the ability to handle high call volume.

Comfortable following scripts while also adapting conversations to meet customer needs.

Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or scheduling systems
