We are currently seeking a Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM), you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customer business while re-engaging lost accounts. The role focuses on building a portfolio of $3M$5M in annual sales. Key activities include customer relationship management, sales strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration. A competitive base salary and commission structure is offered.Responsibilities
Drive $3M$5M in new business sales annually across assigned territories and industry segments
Maintain a diverse sales pipeline with a minimum of $20M in potential growth opportunities
Build and sustain strong customer relationships at the local/regional level
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand brand visibility and develop leads
Match customer needs to organizational solutions through consultative selling
Travel frequently within the region to support prospecting, closing, and account management activities Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
35 years of experience in a regional or national sales role
Preferred background in logistics, industrial packaging, transportation, or pallet/container-related industries
Strong track record in B2B sales, client management, and business development
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
