We operate multiple well-recognized brands and are expanding rapidly through both B2B and eCommerce channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup-style environment where ownership, self-motivation, and results matter most. You’ll work directly with our CEO, and Head of Marketing & Sales and play a key role in driving growth for our B2B store.

Key Responsibilities

Own growth metrics for our Shopify B2B store, including traffic, conversion, subscription sign-ups, and retention.

Design and run A/B tests, campaigns, and experiments to drive measurable improvements.

Analyze data (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, Excel/SQL) and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Support digital marketing initiatives (SEO, email, paid ads, content optimization).

Continuously research and test new Shopify apps, tools, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.

Collaborate with Sales, Creative Design, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure growth strategies are executed effectively.

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or data analytics (Shopify experience preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field required; Postgraduate degree (e.g., Master’s) preferred but not required.

Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets required, SQL/GA/Looker Studio a plus.

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented — you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mandarin Chinese ability is a big plus for cross-country team collaboration, but not required.
