The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin and his club of the same name. We’re seeking an experienced and service-driven Coffee Shop Manager who knows their way around espresso machines, milk steamers, and everything in between. From crafting the perfect cappuccino to maintaining a spotless and inviting shop, this role is all about leading by example. As a hands-on leader, you’ll supervise and support a dynamic team of baristas, oversee daily operations, and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service from the first greeting to the final sip.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests with a warm, guest-first approach; assist in crafting personalized beverage orders

Lead, mentor, and support the coffee shop team to deliver consistent quality and top-tier service

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, upholding all health and safety standards

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages and waste

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience as a coffee shop manager or lead barista highly preferred

A professional and approachable demeanor with strong leadership skills

In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

A passion for coffee, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest experiences

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
