The Sortation Manager is responsible for the overall success of the overnight sortation hub. This senior role involves strategic labor planning, team leadership, process improvement, and performance management to ensure all operational targets are met

What you'll do:

Oversee all aspects of the sortation process, from inbound trailer reception to outbound driver staging.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Train, assess and manage a team of supervisors and associates to improve daily performance.

Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack for moving and staging pallets

Analyze performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Manage the budget for labor, supplies, and equipment.

Must be able to utilize a labor planner to schedule and allocate resources effectively.

Ensure a safe working environment and enforce all company policies.

Coordinate Operations staff schedule

Problem solving conflicts and as they arise and tackling ad-hoc tasks that impede the fulfillment process

What you'll need:

5+ years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management role.

3+ years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office Suite.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
