Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Retain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and coverage reviews.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell Allstate products that add value to customers lives.

Collaborate with the team to hit sales and retention goals while sharing best practices.

Stay current on Allstate products, processes, and compliance standards.

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

Active Property & Casualty license (Life/Health required within 6 months).

Proven track record in retention, cross-selling, and customer engagement.

Strong knowledge of Allstate policies, systems, and procedures.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM and insurance platforms.
