Requirements:

Medical Degree with specialization in Pediatric Intensive Care

Valid DHA / MOH License (or eligibility for the same)

Proven experience working in a PICU setting as a Consultant

Strong clinical expertise in managing critically ill pediatric patients

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert clinical care to critically ill pediatric patients in the ICU

Lead and supervise PICU medical teams, ensuring high-quality patient care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment outcomes

Perform and oversee emergency procedures in critical cases

Develop, implement, and monitor PICU protocols and guidelines

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Mentor and train junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff
