Project Executive

About the Role:

Surbana Jurong (SMEC), we’re scaling a Kuwait-based institutional campuses & infrastructure program and seeking high-calibre professionals to join our PMC/design-management team. Roles span leadership, technical, and site supervision across multi-disciplinary packages.

Responsibilities:

Lead the PMC team across planning, execution, and reporting phases.

Act as the primary interface with the project team and external stakeholders.

Ensure timely delivery of PMC services, including PCS, claims, and contract administration.

Represent SJ/SMEC in high-level meetings and decision forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

Minimum 25 years’ experience, including 10+ in PMC leadership on large-scale institutional projects.

International experience with GCC exposure preferred.
