As a Junior Brand Manager, you will serve and delight consumer needs by supporting the development of Nestlé Professional brands such as: GARDEN GOURMET, THOMY, NESCAFE, NESQUIK, MAGGI, KITKAT, LION and many others, through an efficient and effective implementation of Brand Activities on Baltic level.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to long-term strategy preparation from local perspective, implement it on local level according to agreed brand objectives in NNS, market shares, profitability, and brand communication KPIs, in close co-operation with cross functional team (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance). Evaluate effectiveness & efficiencies of PFME by implementing pre/post evaluations;

Contribute to brand portfolio strategy, provide recommendations on promotional strategy, propose brand portfolio for key customers within different channels;

Manage and coordinate Nestlé Professional Baltics marketing;

Manages and executes flawlessly Innovation & Renovation projects (I2L);

Actively participates and contributes to Monthly Business Planning process (MBP);

Coordinate and cooperate with external agency partners;

Closely cooperate with regional teams looking for synergies in portfolio, communications, and other areas.

Perform analysis of relevant brand performance data (marketing research, sales, communication performance, trade environment) to identify and leverage key insights for business opportunities

Requirements:

At least 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG industry, preferably Marketing or Trade Marketing functions

Proven ability for multi-project management and analytical skills

Profound presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in both written and spoken in Lithuanian and English

Curious, pro-active, and self-motivated

Proactive team-player with fast learning abilities

Salary range of €2576 - €2900. Salary is based on candidate experience and competencies.
