In this role, you'll:
You’ll be working as part of a team delivering specialised customer administration services that support safer system outcomes for the people of NSW. This team is part of the Customer Operations and Support function, focused on high-quality service delivery and compliance.
This role will see you responding to high-volume, time-sensitive requests from a diverse range of stakeholders including the public, courts, solicitors, police, councils, and liquidators. You’ll process registration and licence products, release certificates and information from systems such as DRIVES, and ensure all data is handled in line with legislative requirements. With multiple opportunities available, this is a chance to grow your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Please note this is fixed term opportunity up until 31st December 2025. This role is Monday to Friday and is based at our Grafton offices.
