Counselor III (LSW, LPC, LCDC II or III) Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment.

Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC II or III licensure.

Salary range for LSW/LPC/LCDC II or III = $26,000-$27,500/year

Salary range for LISW/LPCC/LICDC = $31,000-$35,000
