Highway Lead/Manager (hybrid)

Job Description

We are representing a multi-disciplinary, engineering and consulting firm that is searching for Highway Lead/ Manager in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. This is a hybrid work schedule opportunity.

Requirements:

BS degree in Civil Engineering.

PE license in PA and preferably WV.

PTOE Certification is a plus.

10-20 years experience in transportation engineering and project management.

Leadership and mentoring experience.

Extensive working knowledge of PennDOT, PA Turnpike and WVDOH.

Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, OpenRoads, and related engineering software.

Working knowledge of traffic operations, HOP's, stormwater design, signal design, roadway alignment.
