As our national footprint expands, we’re looking for a highly motivated and flexible Fire Sales Associate to join our sales organization.
About the Role:
The Fire Sales Associate is a sales-focused role centered on driving inside sales activity and managing small to mid-sized opportunities through the entire sales cycle. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, nurturing pipeline opportunities, and closing deals under $50K. While this is primarily an inside role, you’ll travel up to 20% of the time to attend demos, events, or close deals in person when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Inside Sales (80%)
Actively generate and manage sales opportunities for <$50K, targeting small to mid-sized departments.
Follow up on inbound leads from online forms and marketing campaigns, help answer product questions, determine buying timeline, follow up on routine basis, maintain relationship and manage the opportunity through to close.
Conduct outbound prospecting calls targeting departments with 150 career fire fighters or less, generating new SQL’s and new opportunities.
Proactively pursue MQLs through outbound call campaigns and email sequencing, converting them to SQLs and progressing them through the sales cycle.
Re-engage aged or lost opportunities to generate renewed interest.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including opportunity tracking and sales activity.
Stay engaged with dealers quoting prospects created by Seek, and ensure timely follow-ups through to close.
Maintain opportunities for prospects sent to dealers through the sales cycle.
Manage outbound campaigns following up on leads from events, webinars and burn trainings.
Meet regularly with Dealer inside sales teams and host quarterly Sales trainings.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product to provide feedback from the field.
Ensure all burn requests are met by either Seek, Rep Groups or Dealers.
Build trust with customers remotely as the Seek expert, helping answer any product or program questions they may have.
Actively connect with customer via Teams to demo Seek products remotely.
Create personalized video content for customers that demos products and shows the benefits of Seek technology remotely.
Master Seek’s Sales story and convey the key advantages of Seek products.
Actively pursue Key Training Centers across the US ensuring they are training on Seek products.
Field Sales Engagement (Up to 20%)
Travel regionally to support product demos, customer events, tradeshows, and live burn sessions.
Represent the company in customer-facing interactions to help close opportunities $50K or less.
Participate in select onsite dealer training or promotional events when needed.Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
3 years of experience in sales (inside sales or related roles preferred)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
A self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight
Willingness to travel up to 20% for regional events and customer support
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite
Experience or interest in the fire service industry is a plus
Passion for public safety or serving first responders is highly valued
