WHAT WILL YOU DO

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and hiring needs

Own the sourcing cycle: identify, approach, and engage potential candidates across LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms

Craft tailored outreach messages that stand out and make candidates want to reply

Build and nurture long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates

Share market insights and sourcing trends to guide recruitment strategies

Maintain and grow a talent pipeline for future opportunities

Experiment with new sourcing tools, channels, and methods to increase success rates

Ensure every candidate has a positive, professional experience throughout the process

Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting our culture and values

Continuously learn, improve, and bring fresh ideas to the team

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

Experience in sourcing, recruitment, or a related role

A genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and building strong professional relationships

Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to dig deeper when first attempts don’t work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus)

Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once

Proactive, resilient, and driven — you don’t wait for direction, you find solutions

A team-player mindset, always ready to share knowledge and help others succeed

GROSS SALARY

1500 - 2600 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
