We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individuals to join our staff as a Barista.

We are located on 1607 Capitol Avenue. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

About the Job:

The Barista’s job involves interacting with customers in a personable and service-oriented manner. You must be able to make transactions by cash or credit and prepare items efficiently.

Baristas may also spend time perfecting certain recipes and learning new ones to best serve their customers and represent the cafe.

You will work closely with other Baristas and cafe staff to prepare coffee drinks, other beverages and food.

Responsibilities Include:

Delivering superior service to maximize customer satisfaction

You will be responsible for speaking with customers, taking orders and fulfilling orders.

Keeping the cafe clean and working efficiently

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Qualifications

Proven working experience

High integrity with a great attendance record

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively
