Job Description

Hourly + Commission Full-Time

Location: Spring Hill, FL (Must be able to work on-site at multiple locations)

What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking care

Educate patients on treatment options, including benefits, risks, and costs

Develop patient trust, and maintain long-term relationships

Coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth patient journey from consultation to treatment

Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction

Collect payments and ensure financial processes are followed accurately

Work to meet and exceed office goals and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales consultant/coordinator experience is required

Proven track record in meeting sales metrics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong follow-up skills and the ability to build lasting relationships

Confident, self-driven, and enthusiastic with a “learner’s mindset”

Team player with the ability to work independently

Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing treatment options and pricing

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required

Able to relocate to or reside in Spring Hill, FL before starting work

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

2+ years in customer service (preferred)

1+ year medical industry experience (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $18.50 – $19.50/hr + Commission

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
