Maintenance Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Responds in a timely, courteous manner to guest questions, complaints, or requests.

Provides status on Villa service/repair to Front Desk, Office Staff and Housekeepers.

Order and replace broken parts or equipment

Maintain a clean and a safe work space

Perform other duties, as assigned Performs grounds keeping, must be able to operate a riding mower, weedwhacker, backpack blower and snow blower.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach upward.

Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Company Description
