Our client is Malaysia's leading Business Process Outsourcing ("BPO") company. They first commenced business in 1986, operating out of a small office in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. From here, with only a handful of workers, they provided fulfilment services to Asia’s leading banks and financial institutions.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Reading and reviewing agreements/contracts.
Preparing pricing proposals and doing cost analysis.
Understanding on basic business terms and negotiation concepts.
Interacting with customers and all level of staff.
Ideal Candidate
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Records Management or other related fields.
Legal studies background is a plus.
At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
Enjoys reading and pays attention to detail.
Sharp with numbers and good with analysis.
Organized and detail-oriented.
