Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our service team and ensure a welcoming, seamless, and high-quality guest experience. The FOH Manager will be responsible for daily operations, staff supervision, guest relations, and driving service excellence. This is a full time position and weekends are a must.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house operations, including dining room, bar, and host stand

Train and manage FOH staff (servers, hosts, bartenders, etc.)

Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns promptly

Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards

Monitor inventory for FOH supplies

Collaborate with kitchen and back-of-house teams for smooth service flow

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas

Assist with marketing, events, and promotions as needed

Monitor POS systems, cash handling, and daily financial reporting

Oversee proper closing procedures for all FOH areas (cleaning, cash-outs, etc.)

Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and reports

Secure cash deposits and lock up the building

Communicate with opening and senior managers about any shift notes or issues

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Customer-first attitude with a focus on hospitality

We cater for weddings, NFL teams, and other events, and our head chef travels internationally to cook alongside celebrity chefs. We were awarded best of the best in our city in 8 different categories. We pride ourselves in providing consistent high quality product and first class service. We have a fair work environment with high standards and hard working employees, and we are looking to grow our team as we continue to grow the business.
