Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays (OT): 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Job Description

Snelling Staffing is now hiring General Laborers for a growing warehouse facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This is a hands-on position requiring the proper use of warehouse tools and materials to ensure products are safely packaged, secured, and prepared for shipment.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate warehouse tools including box cutters, hand tools, adhesives, nails, and padding.

Assemble, stack, and band cardboard boxes and packaging materials.

Assist with warehouse production tasks as assigned.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Comfortable using basic hand tools and warehouse equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
