Coastal MD is a fast-growing wellness and aesthetics practice on Long Island. We help patients look, feel, and perform their best through medical aesthetics, hormone optimization, weight loss programs, and advanced wellness treatments. We’re seeking a confident, sales-driven professional who thrives on closing high-value memberships and packages while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Growth
Convert inbound leads into new patients through phone and virtual consultations
Close memberships, treatment packages, and promotions with confidence
Manage and follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals
Track sales activity using RepeatMD and (soon) a dedicated CRM
Deliver Patient Experience
Schedule and manage patient appointments across Coastal MD locations
Collect payments for services, memberships, and packages
Support patients with pre/post-visit communications and account setup
Represent Coastal MD at community events, wellness fairs, and outreach initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Strong closer with proven sales or membership experience (fitness, aesthetics, or healthcare sales a plus)
Outgoing, professional, and confident in both phone and virtual communications
Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to hit goals
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM platforms, web apps, and scheduling systems
Local to Long Island and available for in-person work at our Suffolk County locations
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Sales in healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, or membership-driven industries
Knowledge of AdvancedMD or RepeatMD systems
Event marketing, lead generation, or outside sales background
