• ServiceNow SAM Implementation: A fully configured and tested ServiceNow SAM module.

• ServiceNow HAM Implementation: A fully configured and tested ServiceNow HAM module.

• ServiceNow ITOM Visibility Implementation: A fully configured and tested ServiceNow ITOM Visibility module, for CDM/CMDB utilization.

• SQA Grading and Approval Workflow: A fully functional workflow within ServiceNow.

• SAM Dashboards and Reports: Interactive dashboards and standard/ad-hoc reports for software asset management.

• HAM Dashboards and Reports: Interactive dashboards and standard/ad-hoc reports for hardware asset management.

• Other Automated Workflows (as defined): Functional workflows for various asset management processes.

• Training Sessions: Delivered training to relevant personnel.

• Project Status Reports: Regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

• ServiceNow fully configured Pre-Production (AKA dev/test) environment to test SAM, HAM, ITOM, SQA Grading and Approval workflow, SAM dashboards and reports, HAM dashboards and reports, Other Automated Workflows.

• Transfer/Sync approved workflows, Dashboards, Reports and other automated workflows to production environment.
