The Job

Build and manage AI-driven voice chatbots and conversational interfaces

Integrate speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs into internal tools and workflows

Support automation of client interactions and internal communications using AI frameworks

Assist in testing, debugging, and optimising conversational AI systems

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered communication solutions

Ideal Candidate

1–3 years of experience in chatbot/voicebot development, AI integration, or automation tools

Strong skills in Python and JavaScript (Node.js)

Familiar with AI APIs (OpenAI, Dialogflow, Whisper, etc.)

Knowledge of cloud platforms and web technologies

Interest in voice AI, conversational systems, and automation

Strong communication skills, self-driven, and eager to learn
