The Job

Develop, test, and deploy chatbots using AI platforms and APIs

Integrate chatbots with websites, CRMs, and workflow automation tools

Monitor chatbot interactions, troubleshoot errors, and improve user flows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless conversational experiences

Stay updated on trends in NLP, LLMs, and chatbot frameworks

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience in chatbot development or conversational AI

Skilled in Python and JavaScript (Node.js) • Familiar with frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Botpress

Knowledge of API integrations and databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Motivated to learn and grow in the fast-evolving AI/automation space
