Apartment Maintenance Technician – Columbus, OH

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a busy apartment community in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong general maintenance skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep the property running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, etc.).

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with make-ready tasks, including painting, flooring, and basic repairs.

Maintain curb appeal and ensure property grounds are safe and presentable.

Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience in apartments or similar setting required.

EPA Certification is required.

Knowledge of general building systems and repair methods.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
