Psychiatrist – Full-Time, Part-Time, or Locum Tenens

Red Mountain Psychiatry, LLC, a rapidly growing and busy private psychiatric practice, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist or DO with psychiatric board certification to join our team. We offer flexible opportunities for full-time, part-time, or locum tenens work depending on your availability.

Position Highlights

Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan (child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations).

Direct and collaborate with a team of highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment.

Provide clinical oversight and direction for psychiatric nurse practitioners.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Psychiatry Residency Program.

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

Active or eligible for Alabama medical license.

Strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and commitment to patient-centered care.
