Salary: $65,000–$70,000/year + Quarterly Bonuses

Job Summary:

The General Manager/Restaurant Manager will oversee all daily operations in the Dallas market. This position is responsible for the financial results of the stores as well as the daily operations, staff development, brand protection, lease compliance and overall executing the company policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do:

Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members for success.

Drive financial performance through labor management, inventory control, and P&L oversight.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards.

Foster positive vendor and partner relationships.

Maintain accountability, team culture, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Full-service or high-volume restaurant management experience.

Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to manage costs and achieve financial goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Flexible schedule with 45–55 hours per week.
