Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in managing daily operations and team supervision
Lead by example in providing outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment
Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track supply usage
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Analyze performance metrics and support initiatives to meet or exceed targets
Step in as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressure
Basic understanding of business operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling, etc.)
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
