What Youll Do

Lead and develop General Managers and location leaders

Drive revenue and profitability across multiple venues

Deliver guest experiences that consistently exceed expectations

Coach, mentor, and build future leaders

Partner with senior leadership on strategy, growth, and innovation

What Were Looking For

5+ years of multi-unit management in restaurants, hospitality, or service-driven industries

Proven ability to lead teams of 50+ and develop top-performing managers

Strong financial and operational acumen (budgeting, forecasting, planning)

A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence

Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on leadership style
