Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team at a reputable dispensary. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their cannabis purchasing experience. Your expertise in cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods will be crucial in assisting customers in making informed decisions.

Preferred - Have prior experience in a Dispensary.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Educate customers about different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods

- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs

- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system

- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale and use of cannabis products

- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required

- In-depth knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all state and local regulations

We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. The base pay for this role is $17.00 an hour.
