Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about interventional pain medicine, regenerative therapies, and minimally invasive spine procedures. The NP/PA will report directly to our Medical Director and will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and telemedicine consults as needed
Administer basic trigger point and joint injections (training provided)
Collaborate with the Medical Director on treatment plans for interventional pain therapies and regenerative medicine
Educate and promote advanced therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), and minimally invasive spine procedures
Support the integration of AI tools into clinical workflows
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
Provide patient education and support to improve outcomes and satisfaction
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APNP) or Physician Assistant in the state of Wisconsin (required)
Current ACLS certification (required)
2+ years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with strong interest will be considered
Experience with injections or musculoskeletal care is a plus
Interest in regenerative medicine, interventional pain, and minimally invasive spine surgery
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
