Looking for self-motivated and dependable individuals with customer service background. Immediate Hires needed. Base plus commission as well as advancement opportunities in a rapidly growing business.
Call Center Representative -- Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering calls to set appointments
Making outbound calls to set appointments
Tracking daily phone calls
Follow up and answering return calls/emails
Sales
Other related duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
Able to listen, identify a need, and offer a solution to a potential client.
Must be able to take directions.
Prior experience in making out-bound calls a plus.
Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Good work ethic and reliable transportation are a must.
