The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of progressive tax experience. The ideal candidate is technically strong, collaborative, and motivated to grow with us. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, wants to build lasting client relationships, and is eager to help shape the future of a growing firm.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns for a wide range of entities (1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1040, 990, 1041).
Manage complex tax matters for partnerships, corporations, S-corps, and high-net-worth individuals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax staff.
Partner directly with clients to deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services.
Stay current on tax law changes, ensuring compliance while identifying planning opportunities.
Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and client service initiatives.
Qualifications
Active CPA license (required).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Expertise in complex business and individual tax returns.
Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with UltraTax, QuickBooks, and Onvio (preferred but not required).
