HOA Staff Accountant responsible to perform all accounting duties for multiple community associations

Job duties include (but not limited to):

A/P

A/R

Lockbox processing

Manual processing of homeowner payments

Unit/lot resale processing / new owner set up

Financial Statement Preparation

Owner communications regarding their accounts

Payroll preparartion

Other office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Accounting degree and 3+ years of experience in community association accounting (Fund Accounting) or 5+ years of accounting experience and 3+ years of experience in community association accounting (Fund Accounting)

Strong communication skills including in-person situations such as board meetings

Strong hardware and software computer skills including all MS Office products - Tops ONE experience a plus

Wages based on experience and education
