Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description

PrideStaff is one of the Top Rated Staffing Agencies in Columbus, OH and we are currently looking to hire a Property Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Property Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Estimate time and extent of repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material and supply inventory

Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
