Fulfillment Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Pick and pack customer orders according to company standards.

-Verify items against order invoices to ensure accuracy.

-Label and prepare packages for shipping.

-Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, computers).

-Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.

-Restock shelves and organize inventory.

-Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

-Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

-Basic computer skills.

-Attention to detail and accuracy.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Work Environment:

-Warehouse setting.

-May involve standing for long periods and repetitive tasks.

Company Description

The Coast Guard Auxiliary Association Inc. is a small nonprofit organization with over 20,000 members who volunteer their time to support the operations of the Coast Guard. They play a vital role in promoting and enhancing recreational boating safety. The Fulfillment Center supplies our members with the necessary accessories for their uniforms. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. This role includes selecting items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing shipments for delivery. The associate may also assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
